How It Works

1

Launch ContentLead Desktop. The app starts a local API server automatically.

2

Open GitHub Copilot CLI in your terminal. Ask it to load the contentlead skill.

3

Tell the AI what you want — "Add a ken burns zoom on my hero image" — and it handles the rest.

Release notes

Highlights

  • Replace Voice keeps replacement audio tightly aligned to your original timing.
  • Optional on-device Hindi word matching for more accurate voice replacement — nothing is uploaded.
  • Extract just the selected speech from a clip for faster voice work.
  • A more reliable local render pipeline for saved and packaged projects.

Voice replacement

  • •New timing-alignment pipeline matches the replacement voice to the original speech timing so lip-sync and pacing stay intact.
  • •Optional local Hindi word matching runs entirely on your machine after a one-time setup — your speech is never sent anywhere.
  • •You can now extract only the selected portion of speech from a clip before replacing the voice.

Rendering & projects

  • •Local media is resolved and cached more reliably when rendering saved or packaged projects.
  • •Required local assets now fail fast with a clear message instead of silently rendering as missing.
  • •ffmpeg/ffprobe for the new audio tools always use the binaries bundled with the app, so rendering works even without a system install.
